The Town of Meridian Hills, established in 1937, is a relaxed residential neighborhood on the north side of Indianapolis. Mature trees, winding streams and hilly terrain define the town, while churches, synagogues, schools and a country club help add to the sense of community.
The town borders Holliday Park and Marott Park (view Town Map), with easy access to the Monon Trail, Nora and Broad Ripple. Approximately 1800 residents live in the 715 homes in the 1.5 square mile Town of Meridian Hills.
Town government provides supplemental police protection, ongoing maintenance and upkeep of streets and right-of-ways, and enforcement of residential building and development standards set forth in the municipal code.
The Town of Meridian Hills is a great place to live, work and play. For more information, attend our regular Town Council meeting the second Monday of odd months – January, March, May, July, September, November – at 7pm at the Hilbert Early Education Center at Park Tudor School, or contact clerktreasurer@meridianhills.
